  • Definition

    • The Letter of Development Policy (LDP) for a development policy loan, sets out the salient elements of the proposed program to be supported by the loan. The borrower's commitment to carry out the program is set out in the LDP or the Loan Agreement. Receipt by the Bank of this letter, duly executed, constitutes a condition of Board presentation of the Loan.
