Inspection Panel Notice of Registration

Definition
- Inspection Panel Notice of Registration (a) records that the Request for Inspection is registered and indicates the date of the registration and dispatch of that notice; (b) includes the name(s) of the project(s), the country of location, a brief description of the Request; and (c) requests Management to provide the Panel, within 21 days written evidence that it has complied, or intends to comply with the Bank's relevant policies and procedures, and specify the due date of the response.
